Summary: My family lives 5 minutes away so having this place available was amazing. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. My boys, 3 and 6 years old, loved the house and loved sharing a room. My husband and I loved the chairs by the window for our morning coffee.

Summary: Friends weekend with three couples- upstairs is definitely better suited for kids, but all worked out fine! Enjoyed games around the big table, evenings around the fire pit and quiet mornings looking at the water.

Summary: The house was clean and had all the necessity items. The owner responded quickly. They were friendly and so were the neighbors. It was close enough to drive to dismals canyon. The night tours booked up,but we were able to take a walk around the canyons.

Summary: We had a great time seeing all the natural beauty around us - Dismal Canyon, waterfalls, and Natural Bridge. It was wonderful coming home to this comfy home on the lake. Loved the fire pit at night and morning coffee sitting taking in the beauty of the lake. Thanks Steve for all your help - 5 star visit for sure. We want to come back.

Summary: Our lady group has taken twice yearly getaways for 20+ years . Our beach trip was canceled due to Hurricane Sally so we luckily found this hidden gem only 1 1/2 Hours from where we live. We couldn’t believe the accommodations and the beauty of the scenery. The fire pit was a perfect ending to our days. It was perfect for a fall getaway. I would recommend to anyone wanting to eat, watch movies and catch up with old friends.
