Positive: Very cute cabin with nice decks for enjoying the outdoors.
Negative: We chose this property for its proximity to the lake, Purgatory Mountain, and a hot tub for post-hike relaxation. However, there is no lake access due to private shores, which we didn't confirm beforehand. We were also notified just an hour before check-in that the hot tub was broken, and the refund offered was reduced from $30 to $16 per day. Despite these issues, the cabin is cozy and well-equipped, though somewhat dated. In the future, we will confirm all advertised amenities, especially the hot tub's functionality.
Summary: Cozy cabin set in forest but requires driving to access hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or lake access.

Positive: We liked the hot tub, the cozy feel, the decor and the location. The cabin is beautiful.
Negative: A bit small for our family of 5, even tho there were plenty of sleeping spots, sleeping arrangements didn’t work out the best . The cabin was very dusty. Popcorn & dirt on floors & microwave & oven was left uncleaned. The laminated information was not organized or updated & dirty. Very disappointing the balcony was off limits as it has been broken since last year. It should be noted in the write up as “unavailable “ . One of the reasons we got the cabin:( Kitchen was not equipped with a few items that were needed such as a Wine corker, pizza cutter, aluminum foil, sugar, ect. I suppose I just had higher expectations for the price that we paid.
Summary: It was a beautiful & cozy cabin with a great location & scenery!
