Positive: I really liked how responsive the host was in replying by text to any queries, and for providing the information for the door access very clearly. They also were great in providing directions on where and how to store my luggage when I checked out of the apartment. Everything was great about this apartment, location etc.

Negative: I didn't realise how steep and how many stairs were involved with this property (3 staircases) when I booked it. We managed ok, but was difficult to bring luggage up and down the steep stairs. worked fine for us, but the stairs are very steep and I would not recommend this property to anyone who has a physical difficulty.

Summary: Great apartment in the heart of the city very close to the Cathedral/Alcazar/Shops/Restaurants.

Positive: Historic centre location meant we could walk everywhere, though it also meant there was some noise from the street. Not a problem for us though worth bearing in mind.

Negative: bathroom door and terrace door need fixing. some noise from street
