Nestled at the foot of Monte Legnone, surrounded by rolling hills above Colico in the Laghetto district. The centre of Colico and the bay are just a few minutes away by car. The Beata holiday apartment – meaning ‘happy’ – has two bedrooms and feels like a house within a house thanks to its own external entrance and two panoramic terraces with a dining table and deckchairs on three sides of the house. They overlook Piona Bay and parts of the lake, the mountains, the pool and the surrounding meadows.
A beautiful barbecue is available in the communal garden area. Please use the tables and deck chairs from your apartment. The pergola officially belongs to the lower apartment, but can also be used by arrangement.
These three houses, connected by round arches, are distributed in Tuscan style, each with two to three apartments. The rural neighbourhood consists of individual houses, small farms, pastures and meadows. A residential road ends at this fine private residential residence.
The dual carriageway is located approx. 150 m below.
The pool (3 x 5 metres) is open from 1 June to 30 September, weather permitting.
The lake is about a 15-20 minute walk away.
