Positive: Overall excellent.I thought the staff. Were very polite and helpful.i have a cousin who didn’t stay but ate some of the buffet not all because she has a chronic celiac condition.She asked a very young member of staff if the chips were cooked in virgin oil and not with oil cooked with other fried foods because of her condition. He apologised and said yes the oil may have fried foods that may have contained gluten so those chips were a no go. After about 15 minutes the young waiter arrived at our table with two bowls of chips he had specifically cooked in fresh oil for my cousin and her mother. I have to congratulate him on his proactiveness and thoughtfulness there are not many young people that would do that very commendable. Thank you

Negative: The male toilet door opens the wrong way and people walking past when the door is open can see men urinating needs sorting.

Positive: Good breakfast, self service. Ground floor room because of hip issue.

Negative: Having to put your reg number onto system. Having input a wrong number which we rectified, now expecting a letter from car parking firm!! First time we have used this system having stayed here many times before.

Positive: Much appreciated the refurbished room upstairs, lovely bed and bedding. Great room service and really helpful staff. Much better lighting and USB by bed is a definite improvement.

Negative: TV remote was a bit hit and miss working! Could do with the room service menu in the room?
