Great Burgundy architecture house from 1970 in a quiet and very pleasant with a large garden, you will enjoy with up to 14 people.

The entrance hall opens the doors of a large living room stone Chassagne with fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen two rooms.
From the living room or the garden, you have access to a conservatory where we can organize Burgundy wine tasting.
The rooms are spread over 2 levels.
The two double bedrooms on the ground floor can accommodate 4 people who share a bathroom with toilet.
The other 6 rooms, 3 doubles and 3 singles, are upstairs, each with private sink and share a bathroom and toilet in common.
The entrance to the house has a separate toilet and a sink.
For a total of 8 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
Upstairs corner play and television for children.
From the garden you can enjoy the SPA, very nice isolated in its veranda **
RATES 2018
- The price per person per night ranges from 42 to 55 € depending on the number of people. The maximum packages for 14 people are shown below and are adjusted according to the number of people.

Pay wood bundles are available on site and you only pay for what you consume.
You have the whole house and SPA ** except the attic and garage.

Each bed is prepared (duvets and duvet covers), a bath towel provided for each room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts for you to prepare breakfast and cook.
Stoves, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc ...
Some basic ingredients are available (coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper ...) as well as household products and dishes and toilet paper.
These products are supplied to start the stay but in no event will cover the needs of the living.

Summary: We loved our stay. The house is spacious (we were only 6) and the garden is large and pleasant. It feels like you are in the country, even though you are in the outer limits of Beaune - the heart of downtown Beaune is only a 5 minute drive. There are two dining areas - one inside, and the other in a glassed in porch. Both areas can comfortably seat 10+ people and are very pleasant. We had family visit us for a big meal at lunch one afternoon and the house was a perfect setting. The kitchen is well furnished with plenty of dishes and glasses. The beds were comfortable and there was always enough hot water for everyone's showers. We would highly recommend this property and are already thinking of returning some day for another stay.

Summary: This was one of the most comfortable "homeaway" places we have stayed. It was within walking distance of downtown Beaune. It is large with multiple living areas but still reasonably priced. It felt like a home but it was not cluttered with the owners' things where one needs to be so careful about breakage. There was lots of room for everything we brought. It was light and airy, with many windows and 2 porches. I highly recommend it.

Summary: This home is spacious and well-stocked with many private bedrooms. We had 4 adults and four grown children and everyone had the space they needed and wanted. There is a lovely garden with furniture also. The house is a 10 minute walk to town, with easy access to cafes, shops and historic places. We would highly recommend renting this home. Marie-Antoinette was gracious and helpful for making our stay memorable.

Summary: We work in France in the summers for many, many years now. And we rent lots of gites while we are working as well as for vacation, and this one is the BEST we ever rented. Americans are used to space, and this house is spacious, beautifully appointed with incredible antiques, and very well situated for the bike routes. We highly recommend the outdoor jacuzzi--the ambience is perfect after a long day on the Voie de Vignes or wine tasting. We will definately stay here again on future visits to Beaune.

Summary: My husband, myself and our dog were graciously welcomed at this lovely Beaune cottage by the owners upon arrival. The home was spotless, a very comfortable retreat, and filled with lots of useful brochures and information about the region. It was conveniently located outside the old city with easy access to the wine region. Though our visit was in late May, we experienced sudden cold temperatures and the owner came out immediately to get the furnace working for us. Who could ask for more? The compound is enclosed which made for a relaxing stay w/ a dog (or young children), the garden is perfect for children, and is filled with beautiful blooming shrubs and flowers. The house is well equipped. If we visit Beaune again we will definitely try to stay here.
