Positive: The location is perfect for those who want to avoid the tourist crowd yet it’s close enough to several metro lines making it easy to go anywhere. There’s also a laundry room for those staying for more than a few days which is very convenient.
Negative: The property had everything. The only thing I didn’t like is when a staff member entered our room while we were out without informing us.

Positive: Nicely equipped kitchenette with coffee, Nespresso machine, toaster, all needed plates, pans, etc. Walking distance to Metro 4, 8/9. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Negative: The use of codes for outside door, elevator door, and apartment could use better directions. Having to navigate the stairs to use the bathroom downstairs during the night was a pain. The bed is placed at the edge of a sloping roof, which can be a bit claustrophobic. Not much of a view. Contents of photo of apartment are accurate but the place is much narrower than it looks in the photo.

Positive: Quiet location. Apartment was compact but quite suitable as we were out each day sight seeing & had everything we needed. The laundry for guests to use in the renovated basement was fantastic! A lift/elevator for convenience, very small but fine for 2 of us & luggage to fit in. Bluetooth speakers in apartment were very nice to have as most TV programmes were in foreign languages for us. Very secure with a code to enter & a luggage storage room to use after check out if needed, very useful. Thanks!

Positive: We really liked the place, it’s very modern and clean. One thing I especially appreciated was the bed: the cushions were super comfortable, and the sheets were made of nice, high-quality material, which is honestly rare to find. One downside was that our room faced the street, so it could get a bit noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend asking for a flat on the other side, especially in the summer, as the windows aren’t very soundproof. The bathroom was fine overall, though there was a bit of leaking from the shower—just a small detail. Compared to other places I’ve stayed, this one stood out for being clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to restaurants. Not soggy or musty at all! I definitely recommend it.
