Positive: I didn't need to collect the keys as it used door code, but the system worked extremely well. Overall the apartment was perfect for what we (me & teenage daughter) needed. Great to have the kitchen facilities, nice shower room, brilliant location, clean and tidy.

Negative: It was extremely hot while we where there (35 Celsius) and the air con struggled to cope, but it was ok. Only other thing would be some extra bedding for the sitting room bench, which had a mattress and was usable as a single bed - necessary when hot - but didn't come with a sheet or extra duvet.

Summary: We have a great time during our stay and would definitely go back.

The location is very convenient — the metro is nearby, and most major attractions are within a reasonable walking distance. It’s also quite quiet at night, with no noise from bars or restaurants. The apartment has all the necessary kitchenware, furniture, and amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean. I contacted the administrator several times via WhatsApp and always received quick, complete responses that didn’t require any follow-up questions. Да

Negative: The laundry room is located on the -1 floor, which was a small inconvenience, but overall it wasn’t a big problem for us.

Positive: Easy access, good amount of space inside. It was really nice to have extra space rather than a typical, tiny European hotel room.

Negative: The living room couch looked a little worn, and the cushions would always slide out. The neighborhood was fine, but lots of traffic. We had to take cabs everywhere b/c of an injury, and we sat in so much traffic right outside the apartment. Probably would not have been a problem if we could have taken the Metro.

Positive: Great location. Easy access with code. Well equipped room, including fridge, cooktop, nespresso coffee machine (complimentary coffee and tea included), comfortable bed, air conditioning. The building has an elevator and a luggage deposit in case you need it. Middle stay cleaning of the room was included. Close to metro and bus transportation as well as markets. We had a wonderful time there and would fully recommend it

Positive: The location is perfect for those who want to avoid the tourist crowd yet it’s close enough to several metro lines making it easy to go anywhere. There’s also a laundry room for those staying for more than a few days which is very convenient.

Negative: The property had everything. The only thing I didn’t like is when a staff member entered our room while we were out without informing us.
