Summary: The only draw back I had is the condo is on the first floor. I traveled with my 12 year old so that was a bit scary. Other than that I loved it

Summary: We rented this location knowing it was an early listing and took a chance. The neighborhood was fine and check in was easy. The cleanliness of the rental was not to our expectations. The bedding was so worn that we used our own bedding the first night. We also also experiences breathing issues the first night and contacted the manager in the morning. The manager was responsive and kept in communication with us while some of the issues were addressed. The furnace was worked on and the furnace filter was changed. The unresolved issue was the worn bedding and “pilled” toweling. There was no second set of sheets and we had to buy our own to stay in the rental for 2 weeks. The floor was concrete and was to be worked on after we left. The rental will be a good one after the owner completes the listed deficiencies.
