Summary: Our family had a really terrific stay at this property. The location was convenient and we found the house was stocked with most everything we would need to days at the beach. Owner/management was great to deal with, even providing some local restaurant recommendations. When we had some trouble with the icemaker in the freezer, the owner was super-responsive to get someone on-site to fix it, and even bring us bags of ice. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Summary: We had a wonderful week. We were surprised by the advanced age of the house. But it's still very welcoming. Some minor work would make it much more welcoming, such as redoing the joints in the bathrooms. It's unpleasant to look at, but doesn't detract from feeling good.
