Positive: Spacious two-bedroom apartment, sufficiently equipped for a few days' stay (although small a small supply of basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, oil would help a lot). Multi-ethnic part of the city with interesting shops, restaurants and fast foods.
Negative: Don't expect fast service in case of problems. We had a few questions during our stay, but the provider's response was very slow and some questions were even ignored. When calling the support line, we were informed that all the staff had left for the Easter holidays. There was not enough hygiene products in the apartment and we had to get them ourselves, which was not easy, because almost all shops were closed during the Easter holidays. The double bed in one of the bedrooms is really narrow (probably about 2x60cm) - acceptable for two small kids, not wide enough for two adults.
Summary: Spacious, clean apartment with good accessibility, unfortunately with minor shortcomings in services

Positive: Super clean and very well appointed. Comfortable beds. Very spacious.
Negative: I’m not totally confident about the security of the flat. The flats are accessed by a code entered via a digital pad. You are given a back-up key, just in case the digital system breaks down. There was no key left in our flat, and we discovered only later (once we’d left the flat unattended with all our things in it) that the key had been left under the doormat. Communicatjon with the company that manages the flat was always courteous, but it wasn’t always fast.
