Bright, open and airy 2 master bedrooms, each with full bath. Lofted area with office setting and sleeper sofa.
Unit is on a cul-de-sac next to a charming pond which faces tennis courts. Pickle ball anyone? Private beach across the street, calm and quiet bay for kayaking, relaxing, swimming and bonfires at night. Stunning star gazing! The two beaches private to this community are LOVELY!

Summary: The condo was nice, clean and all maintained. We had three kids ages 6-10 that loved the upstairs loft space. The house had everything we needed, note that there is no laundry and you aren't allowed to use the garage. We had to leave our bikes outside but it wasn't a big deal. We rode our bikes to Suttons Bay, only 5-10 minute bike ride away and to the beach that is available to the condo association across M22. This condo is just across from M22 and a short walk from Lake Michigan. The TART is right next to community that this condo is in. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Summary: The property was just as described. Very clean, well-stocked for our visit, and Sarah was a gracious and lovely host with strong communication before and during our stay (no problems, just needed to know where to take the trash!). We had a great time with plenty of room to spread out, and really enjoyed the beach that belongs to the association. I hope we can come back again!
