We are located a block from the Peak 9 ski lifts and 5 minutes walk to downtown Breckenridge. There are indoor/outdoor hot tubs available for apres-ski and a heated outdoor pool for warmer weather. The Blue River and national forest exists directly behind our building, so you can explore endless miles of hiking and mountain biking out your door. Washer/dryer in unit. Prices vary by season and holiday.
