Positive: The location is very good - as described in the listing, within walking distance to the visitor's center of the Military Academy at the West Point. The rooms are neat and comfortable. When using the wash machine, it made rather loud noises, and there was noticeable smell of gas coming from the laundry room, which I think deserve a thorough check for safety reasons. In addition, we found some hair stuck on the comforter for the sofa bed, and the floor is also not 100% clean. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we had a good night rest. If the details can be looked over, then this place would be close to perfect for the price.
Negative: cleanliness of the floor, loud laundry machine and smell of gas.
Summary: Overall, we had a good stay, minus some minor imperfections such as cleanliness of the floor.
