Summary: The house was clean. It had a great layout for keeping an eye on the kids. We definitely enjoyed the stay. I will reiterate what others have said: There isn’t a host book to walk through the house rules, trash day, and how to leave the house at check out, but the host was quick to respond to questions. We left the house as we typically do at VRBOs. There weren’t any wash cloths for the bathrooms or for using in the kitchen. Considering that the home sleeps 12, there were only 6 towels or so and a few hand towels. Toiletries as a whole were a bit lacking, but nothing a quick trip to Target couldn’t fix. The gas grill our back didn’t work. It looked like someone had out charcoal in it. We had planned to grill out one night, but decided against it after trying to get it working. Overall, it was a good property, though.

Summary: The house is basically okay, not a 5 though. Deficiencies include: backyard not kept up, grill not clean, TV in the back did not work, need welcome book with points of interest, restaurants, groceries, TV instructions, need garage door opener (had to call host for code), not enough towels, master toilet needs new flap or adjustment, no TP holder in master (broken off wall), blind in master has a broken slat and needs replaced, nasty trash in bin in the back, electrical plugs in 2 bedrooms were loose and pulled out of the walls. Silverware was not sufficient (just 3 regular knives). There were no lamps in living room. Only too bright overhead lights with no dimmers. The house has lots of potential but needs maintenance attention. Host was responsive to a couple of issues but overall, the place did not meet the online reviews. We will not be using VRBO in the future. Last 2 places did not work out well.

Summary: We were visiting family for Christmas, the home had an outdoor kitchen by the pool that looks awesome when the weather is nice. Actually 4 bedrooms as the office in front has twin beds. We were able to use the 2 car garage

Summary: Had a short getaway in the Dallas area. Found this home which met our family's needs. The home was large and clean with everything we needed nearby.

Summary: Love the house, but there were not enough paper supplies. We had to buy toilet paper. And there was only one roll of paper towels and a box with about three Kleenex inside. Also, there were no dish cloths in the kitchen or towels and no wash cloths in the bath. The manager was to give me entrance info in the morning. 1 o’clock in the afternoon I tried to call him and couldn’t reach him, and was on hold for 30 minutes. They finally gave me a direct line to call him about two in the afternoon. I got the information. It was a bit unnerving. And we had no instructions as to how we were to leave the house, as we had stayed in other houses, we had instructions about trash, bed, linen towels, etc.

Summary: Home was exactly as described. Very clean and maintained well. The kids loved the pool. It would be nice if the host had a book in the house that outline the expectations at check out. Host responded quickly when needed.

Summary: My family and I stayed here while visiting my in-laws in the Frisco area. It was the perfect place to stay. It was CLEAN, and comfortable, we slept well, the outdoor area is wonderful, I can't say enough great things about this property. Thank you for having us!
