Wonderful Modern Bungalow in a beautiful, safe, central Fort Collins neighborhood. Close to everything Fort Collins has to offer, yet far enough away from the raucous of downtown to retreat and sleep in peace. Enjoy lemonade or cocktails on the spacious and welcoming front porch. Inside you will find tasteful, modern furnishings and plenty of room for the whole family. Three bedrooms offer two memory foam queen mattresses and one full sized futon. There is also a queen bed in the finished basement as well as a folding futon couch. The basement provides a pool table and unique reclaimed bar area. This is a ranch style home, so three bedrooms and two baths are on the main level. There is a smart tv on the main level as well as a tv in the basement theater room.
This home is fully stocked with fresh linens, towels and essential kitchen items. Air conditioned with washer/dryer and wifi included. Spring Creek trail is literally steps away. There is a park with a playground for kids just down the street. Grocery store, coffee shops, gas station and banks are within walking distance. Fort Collins new artisan village, Jessup Farms is within biking distance. We recommend checking out The Farmhouse farm to table restaurant. Bring the kids and feed the chickens! Bindle Coffee and the Barrel House Brewery are definitely worth checking out.

Summary: Large house, enjoyed playing pool and sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch. We were two sets of parents bringing our sons to CSU. Loved the amenities: shampoo, toiletries and snacks. Well done hosts!!

Summary: We had 8 family members staying in the house while we were in Fort Collins for our daughter's wedding. The location was easy access to a grocery store/gas station/sight seeing. The open floor layout made it easy to be all together. The basement's pool table was a huge hit! And we all enjoyed the front porch, which was a great place for morning coffee and evening family get togethers. Plenty of closet space. Easy street parking.
