Summary: We had a water leak under the refrigerator upon arrival. The planned to address it when we left. The Cleaner was there when we arrived. Overall nice place, just those few hiccups.

Summary: Here for our daughters graduation with family. Location is 5 minutes from Old Town. King Sooper for groceries close by, quiet neighborhood and having secure garage parking was a bonus. Plenty of parking front and back. Kitchen well stocked and large space to hang out. Stairs to all bedrooms, so just be aware. Beds on second floor are pretty tall but super comfy. We would stay here again if we have a large group.

Summary: We were only able to stay one night, but I wish we could’ve enjoyed this place longer. It was exactly like the pictures and clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again.

Summary: This townhouse was immaculate when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping at night. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We walked to a nearby fitness center and also to Old Town Fort Collins. Hiking trails were only a 15-20 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again.
