Beautiful, fully remodeled, 3 BR, 2 BA home, near downtown Morgantown. Main floor has full kitchen/dining, 1BR/1BA w/ tub, and living area with 55" big screen TV with Roku. Upstairs has 2 BR/1BA. Walk out basement with washer and dryer. Single car garage and large driveway for off street parking. On street parking also available. Large wrap around deck for outdoor seating and beautiful views. Parks and walking trails nearby. This is a gem of a house in a quiet, really nice neighborhood!
Enjoy this pristine, completely renovated 3BR 2 BA home! The property sits on a double city lot in the family friendly neighborhood of First Ward in Morgantown. Conveniently located near interstates 68 and 79, the home has been completely remodeled including new kitchen and bathrooms. All new flooring, furniture and appliances. You have everything you need in this home to make you comfortable on a family vacation, business trip, or a quaint weekend getaway!
Large driveway allows for single car parking. On street parking is also available. Entry to the home is via the wrap around deck on the side of the house (Key pad with door keys is adjacent to entry door). Guests enter into the open dining area which leads into the full kitchen (front door entry is into the living room). The main floor also includes a bedroom/attached bathroom and a living room area. Staircase leading to the downstairs laundry area is accessed through the kitchen.
The upstairs staircase leads to 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The neighborhood is very walkable and White Park (lots of hiking trails), Jack Roberts Park, and the Morgantown Ice Arena are a very close, walkable distance. The Wharf district with walking trail and restaurants are just adjacent to First Ward and are less than a 5 min drive. Downtown restaurants, shops, WVU campus, and the hospitals (Ruby Memorial and Mon Health) are also a close drive (5-10 minutes).

Summary: This is by far the best home we have stayed in! The property is immaculately clean and the amenities are as described and then some. We were visiting our student at WVU and the location was perfect. The ride to downtown was only 5 minutes and we had a blast on Cheat Lake which has breathtaking views and was a short 20 minute ride. We enjoyed the huge wrap around porch in a lovely quiet neighborhood. I can honestly say this place truly felt like home away from home. We look forward to coming back for another stay soon!

Summary: Very nice set-up for 2 couples. A lot about the space seemed new. Walkout basement is outstanding for temporary bicycle storage. If you plan to ride from the house to the very sweet Rails to Trails be prepared for hills. House was well stocked with daily items you might need but could use plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and ziploc baggies. Electric Foreman grill seemed new and worked for us and was easy to clean. Kuerig coffee maker included some pods however, our drip coffee machine we brought worked better for the group. Lighting and cleaniness were excellent. More challenging to unload and load vehicles parked in the driveway. Did not use washer/dryer. Overall, very pleased with this rental. Host(s) were very responsive. AC worked great! We would rent again if the occasion arose. Easy to get around town when school is out.

Summary: Stayed here with a friend was a half way point between our two homes. The house was immaculate! Off street parking was huge it was a perfect place our base during our visit. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Though we had 0 issues. House was modern, extremely clean, comfortable beds, nice touches coffee, cream, sugar, toiletries etc. No show stoppers. Only recommendations would be better towels, mirrors in bedroom and a full length mirror. Nothing I consider negatives. Highly recommend this house and host!

Summary: This property is the cleanest we've ever stayed in, which is always a top concern when we travel with our small dog. Everything appeared brand new and the space provided everything we needed, including ample room, plenty of towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cookware. The host responded promptly to our inquiries, and accessing the property was hassle-free. The neighbors were friendly, and the location was conveniently close to downtown. It made for a perfect Passover celebration!

Summary: After realizing we booked multiple doctor appointments close together on what also happened to be my husband's birthday weekend we decided to book a house for the weekend. There are 6 of us including kids 18, 16, 13, and 7 so space to spread out yet have some privacy is difficult to find in a hotel and sometimes in a house too but this little gem was perfect. Just out of downtown and within walking distance to 2 of Morgantown's many beautiful parks the location was perfect. Highlights of the weekend were being able to cook several big meals in the well equiped kitchen, sit out the huge deck, and relax in the cozy living room where almost every streaming service was available. You literally do not need to bring any thing to this location except yourself. We could not have asked for a better weekend
