Conveniently located home just minutes from Lake Ray Hubbard! Includes private pool (with color changing light), patio with BBQ and games! Family friendly & minutes from Rowlett Wetzone. Visit the Harbor at Rockwall & Sapphire Bay Marina. This gem is just a quick 25 min drive to Downtown Dallas and all that the DFW Metroplex has to offer: close to the airport, near parks, delicious restaurants & so much more! A few minutes from PGBT!
House & Sleeping Details:
Master Bedroom - King bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and desk with chair (also a pack n play and high chair can be found in the master closet)
2nd Bedroom - Queen bed, dresser, and 2 night stands
3rd Bedroom - 2 twin beds plus a trundle (for a total of 3 single beds), and a small dresser
Living room - Sofa sleeper (queen sized - updated memory foam mattress!) plus two chairs & smart TV. Also, books, games, extra blankets
Dining area - Table for 6 plus a table for 2
Kitchen - Fully stocked, coffee, tea (also includes kids cups/plates)
Private Office - Desk and office chair
Backyard - Pool with LED color changing light, grill, and covered patio with bistro lights
Garage - two car and also includes pool toys/inflatables & games
*Note* Pool is not heated, but it is cleaned & open all year!

Summary: The overall stay was amazing. Everything was right at your hands. My family was disappointed that the bedrooms didn't have TV's in them but they managed to survive.

Summary: We had a long term stay at the property Amy was hosting. Amy was a wonderful host, quick in response and able to accommodate to most of our ad-hoc needs. The property was well maintained, clean and perfect for our family. I would recommend Amy's property any time and happy to provide it a 5 star.

Summary: Our family loved staying at this property! Check in and check out was very simple. We were notified of everything we needed to know ahead of time. Anything we needed for the house was already stocked, like coffee, cleaning supplies, cookware, laundry detergent, even games and puzzles. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the back patio in the mornings and relaxing inside during the evenings watching TV and playing games. This property is great value for the cost. It’s definitely a property we will keep in mind for our future trips. We truly enjoyed having a house to come back to after a day of adventure. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home!

Summary: The property is exactly as described. Plenty of room for the 4 adults on our trip. We didn't really get to enjoy the house and pool much as we had alot of things to accomplish in 6 days. The whole process was stress free. Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone looking for privacy while in TX

Summary: Wow! Loved our stay in rowlett! The home was great! Perfect location to our activities. Close proximity to Dallas. Quick trip to ft worth and Waco. Loved the big pool. A lot of room for the 4 adults. Amy was great to work with. Very responsive to any questions we had. When we return to this area, would love to stay here again. We loved the great restaurants in Rockwell, rowlett and garland. The rodeo at ft worth stockyards was so much fun. The drive to Waco was worth it to see Magnolia. My dad said it was one of the most relaxing trips he has had. He kept going on and on about how awesome the house was. Thank you!
