Wow - This home has it all!! Totally handicapped accessible including an elevator! Gradual ramp to front door and all the doors are wheel chair width. This 4 BR, 4.5 Bath Executive home is perfect for your next vacation in Louisville, KY! Great for remote work with super fast wifi at 300 Mbps, plus a dedicated workspace! Large in-ground heated salt water pool with diving board, whole house speaker system, huge grill, fire pit and patio with seating for 8 that also has a handicap ramp. A beautiful new custom covered porch with 55” TV, speakers, fans and more is perfect for your summer get together! Dining Room is open to Large Family Room with vaulted ceilings. Large eat in kitchen with seating for 8 including bar area. Nugget ice maker in kitchen with stainless steel appliances & every thing the master chef needs for cooking! The Master Bedroom has a Sleep Number Adjustable Split King Bed and Large TV! Master Bedroom has an attached large bathroom with vanity area and French doors to patio area! Nice half bath by utility room where the brand new washer and dryer are available for your use. Two more large bedrooms on main floor, each with a Queen sized bed with shared bathroom that has a handicap accessible shower. Basement is over the top w/ 2nd Kitchen sharing the wide open Family Rm 75” TV with tons of board games and brand new pool/ping pong table! Last Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and large Handicap accessible bathroom! Another large area with work out equipment and another bathroom! We do have a ring video doorbell on the front porch and a camera at garage door pin pad pointed into the garage. This home is in a prime location only 1 mile from 264-E Expressway!!

Summary: We had a great extended weekend. The house and pool were very nice. Beth was very quick to reply. There was a problem with the AC but Beth did everything to try and get it fixed while we were there.

Summary: Our family had a great time here! The house is located close to many of the Louisville tourist attractions, so we never had to drive far to visit the things we wanted to see. While there, we went to the Louisville Slugger Museum, The Kentucky Derby Museum, enjoyed a riverboat cruise, and rented a boat at Taylorsville Lake Marina to go tubing. We found the marina through the owners, and it was perfect! We also ate at Cunningham’s Creekside, another owner recommendation, and we were not disappointed. The backyard pool at the house was a hit with the whole family. We swam every day of our stay! The owners were very welcoming, and Beth was quick to reply to any questions at anytime. The house included extras other places we’ve stayed did not, and we had everything there we needed and more! The *only* downside of the house was that it’s located very close to the interstate and you can definitely hear the constant traffic, however everything else was worth dealing with the noise, and we would recommend the house as THE place to stay!
