Summary: This is an outstanding property. Very clean, very well furnished. The view is spectacular. But the real capper is the private beach, only 29 strides and six concrete steps from the back patio.

Summary: My family and I stayed in this beautiful home in the city of Falmouth. The water views are spectacular and the private beach area was a big hit for all ages. The home is well maintained and spacious. Very clean. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly suggest a day trip to Chatham and highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our reunion of 10 friends was a wonderful time in this beautiful and spacous house, far nicer than the Cape Cod house we all used to rent when we were in our 20s. Even nicer than the photos--the bedrooms are large, all of them very nice, lots of different seating areas dowstairs, and the beach! Right at the end of the lawn. Very well stocked kitchen (except for lack of lobster claw crackers. We left one behind). Everything spotless. Highly recommend this house for reunions or multiple families.
