Summary: This place was a dream come true! A cozy spot for our family in an absolutely stunning location. Located next to Canaveral National Seashore, the longest stretch of preserved shoreline in Florida, we often had the beach to ourselves. The house had everything we needed for a lovely and peaceful family vacation. We watched the sunrise from the private deck every morning, spent days on the beach, exploring New Smyrna, and the National Park. We even witnessed newly hatched loggerhead sea turtle hatchlings scurrying to the ocean one evening! We loved the rinse station for cleaning off before entering the hot tub or house. The house was furnished with evening we needed to cook meals, but we enjoyed some local restaurants as well. Mercedes was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be returning to this spot!

Summary: We had an amazing time. The house is a little outdated but that didn’t stop us at all. We had anything we needed. The view and access to the beach is the icing on the cake. We will be staying here again in the future.

Summary: What a perfect hidden gem! Rustic with the most amazing backyard - literally your own private ocean! Only downside was the no seeums… but it was still heaven. I will definitely be staying here again… and have already recommended to all our friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: The home is right on the ocean with a huge deck to take in the fresh ocean air. It was great. Bethune Beach is gorgeous private beach. We brought our dog and he loved it. The house needed a little TLC inside and could use some plates and dishes. However, the owner was right on the case. We spent most of our time outside . The house really was the cutest.

Summary: Prime location for privacy, felt like we had our own private beach. Sitting on the deck you are just yards away from the ocean and surf. We saw dolphins one morning. Richard and Mercedes, are wonderful hosts; they quickly responded when there was a cooling issue and rectified the situation. We will return the next time we are at New Smyrna. We had a great time

Summary: Nice area. Not to far from shopping. Space was ok and loved having our pets with us. Bed was comfy. Everything needed was on site.Ocean front huge plus. Deck was large.House it's self could use maintenance and deep cleaning. Small Couldn't use doors on second level. Small things that would be easy to fix. I'd stay again.
