This is a recently renovated and beautifully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath unit within a single-family home that has been converted to a duplex. It is completely self-contained, comprises the entire second floor of the house, and has its own entry access and screened-in porch. This bright and airy space includes a full-service kitchen with a breakfast bar, and high-end finishes throughout - comfortable leather seating, granite countertops, and ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. The large screened-in porch overlooks a lovely landscape - great for open-air dining. The porch includes a two-person hammock – perfect for an after-beach nap.
You'll find a comfortable king-size bed in each bedroom. The bathroom includes double sinks and a beautiful shower.
Walk a few steps around the side of the house to find your unit's outdoor shower (labeled #2 on the shower door) featuring slate flooring and a lava pedestal sink and mirror.
Your unit includes a washer and dryer and central air conditioning with its own control. Also included are two HDTVs and wireless internet.
In Rehoboth, location matters - and this property is one short block from Silver Lake, a quick 4-block walk to the beach and boardwalk, and a 10-minute walk to the heart of Rehoboth Ave with its wonderful dining and shops. You can easily park your car for the week and walk or bicycle everywhere. If you want a lift to town, the Jolly Trolley stops at the corner of our street.

Summary: You don’t often find a place with 2 King beds! Very nice place, loved the outdoor shower and the screened in outside porch. You get to the porch through the master bedroom but that wasn’t an issue for us. Only 1 bathroom but it’s big and has 2 sinks. Plus you have the outdoor shower so that wasn’t an issue for us. Very comfortable- we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Good location. It's a 15-minute walk to the closest beach (Poodle), 5 minutes on a bike, and an 8-minute ride to Rehoboth Ave. The owner was quick to respond. Check-in and out was easy. The only thing to note is that we ate two meals a day at home, and there is not much counter space to work with, especially since the counter is shared with seating as it's the only place inside to eat inside. Great porch outside though, with a big table. But often, it's just too hot and humid to sit outside. Overall, a great experience and would stay again for sure!

Summary: My friends and I do a girls weekend every year in Rehobeth and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It was incredibly clean and close to everything. We loved it!

Summary: This property is in a perfect little area near downtown Rehoboth. Easy to get to off the main highway but on a safe, relatively quiet street. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk, even with a wagon full of beach supplies and a stroller. Unfortunately, the day we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working. We reached out to the hosts through the app and via phone. They were very responsive and quickly worked to rectify the issue, having an HVAC company out within hours. Thankfully the issue was minor and we were able to stay in the unit without any further issues. Would highly recommend this property to friends/family.

Summary: The apartment was clean, had a great location to the boardwalk and was an easy stay. We appreciated the washer & dryer and absolutely loved the screened upper deck. We were a little disappointed that the hammock wasn't there but, to be fair - we didn't inquire with the host. Walls are a little thin with the downstairs neighbor so something to be aware of. The walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk is roughly 20 minutes, though you can reach some of the beaches in 10. It's a fast drive to the boardwalk though and we found the Park Mobil app to be a breeze. There is parking to be found within a few blocks if you look. Just make sure you select the closest meter on the street you are parked when using the app and you are all set. We loved that we could add extra time from our phones without running back & forth. The home is on a beautiful residential street with friendly locals & vacationers. Everything you could possibly need is nearby from restaurants to shopping, amusements and beaches galore. Outstanding stay.
