Summary: Place and host were wonderful. The property is an east 10-15 minute drive from the falls. It’s located in a relatively new development. The house is clean, plenty of room for my family of 5, and it had a great board game selection for our family. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Niagara Falls.

Summary: House new nice and clean. Brand new neighborhood. 15 minutes to the falls and Clifton hill. Enjoyed 2 nights. Being new no trees no backyard to enjoy in the evening, not sure planned community will even allow a fence. House worked perfectly for me an two friends to enjoy our birthdays together. Thank you Marshalee for hosting us

Summary: Beautiful new home in a brand new neighborhood. Very safe and secure with great amenities. Great location near Niagara, great shopping in St Catherine’s and golf courses. Very spacious and comfortable for my family. Property manager was great to work with as well!
