Charming and bright penthouse with fabulous terrace and solarium in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood just 10 minutes walk from the center of Valencia. Located 5 minutes from the Garden of the old Turia riverbed and 5 minutes from the Angel Guimerá metro station, the main connection station with a direct line to the airport, port, beaches and connection to the center and Alameda lines. The apartment is in a beautiful restored building on a fifth floor with elevator.
The apartment has 40 square meters very well distributed and a great private terrace of 30 square meters to enjoy the fabulous climate of Valencia. It has high ceilings and wooden beams that make it very cozy. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
The neighborhood is very quiet to rest and at the same time has all kinds of services such as Supermarkets (Mercadona, Consum y Día), emergency health center, cafeterias and restaurants, urban Spa, gym, sports center and 50m indoor pool. In the neighborhood parking is free and you also have 50m public parking with rates from 3.95 € to 7.50 € per day.
The location is great, in a nice 10 min walk. You arrive at Ciutat Vella and the Central Market. In 5 min. you are in the garden of the old channel of the Turia, a beautiful park for walking or cycling that crosses the city with 10 km from the Bioparc with its lake to the Oceanografic and the City of Sciences. You also arrive at the Town Hall Square in 15 min.

Summary: The apartment was just as it looked in the pictures, bright, airy and dpacious. The terrace was a fabulous space to eat and relax. On arrival Antonio met us at the door to show us round. He gave us lots of information about the apartment, restaurants, the local area and transport. Emi kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment as our flight was only in the evening. We will definitely recommending this beautiful apartment to our family and friends. Thank you for a great stay Emi and Antonio

Summary: Our stay here has been the best in a long while. Our hosts were extremely gracious and super informative. The studio apartment was spacious and very well partitioned, the patio was amazing. This was truly a retreat! The location was walking distance to most areas of interest. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Valencia area!

Summary: The property, on the 6th Floor with lift, was very comfortable, private and very quiet. A studio penthouse apartment with terrace was very well furnished to a very high standard. The surrounding streets were well served with cafes and restaurants for all tastes with Alcantra Bistro, Casa Nuria and Umami being the stand out for quality and price. Our property manager was incredibly helpful with all sorts of help and support information on entertainment, restaurants, shopping areas, music, places to visit. We were also extremely grateful for the property manager's efforts in arranging a lock up garage for our cycle trailer for the duration of our stay, they couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that we had the best opportunity to enjoy this thoroughly enjoyable holiday in the beautiful city of Valencia. We recommend the property very highly.

Summary: We have just spent 3 amazing nights in Valencia. Our apartment was in a great location and our host was so gracious and helpful. She was outside waiting for us when we arrived by taxi. Full of helpful hints for dining, sight seeing and provided plenty of links to locate the places suggested. The apartment had everything you need for a short or long stay and well stocked with essentials. The highlight for us was a gorgeous outside balcony almost as big as the apartment. Being on the top floor there was lovely local views and extremely quiet at night. Highly recommend as stay here. Our host even assisted with a taxi booking at the end of our stay

Summary: Spacious and comfortable rooftop apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to the old city (10 mins walk), 5 mins from supermarket, and a bakery and small local shop 2 minutes away. Emi was so friendly and helpful, a lovely person. The apartment has all the basics you need like tea and coffee salt pepper olive oil etc. A great place to stay in Valencia.
