The villa has three stories. It is surrounded by the sounds of nature and has a beautiful view of a tropical garden with palm trees swayed by a refreshing ocean breeze.
For families with children the garden is particularly convenient, as the community is gated, and children can be left to wander safely.
The villa is only 3 minutes away, by foot, from the nearest beach and a 1-minute walk from the community´s shared pool. There are two more beaches: the public municipal beach (4 min. walk) and that of the Embassy Suites Hotel (6 min. walk). Each one is unique in its own way and deserving a visit.
The place is quiet and peaceful. Truly, an excellent location to relax. The area is very safe and has constant vigilance from private security guards who are always doing the rounds and helpful with questions and needs that might arise.
In the municipal beach, there are beachfront restaurants where visitors can usually enjoy tropical music concerts on the weekends.

Summary: Wonderful place to spend a week, the area was beautiful and peaceful. People were respectful and friendly. The place itself was spacious and had all of the necessities whether you wanted to cook or clean.

Summary: Our goal was to spend time with the last living great grandparent. The location was perfect, reasonable distance to airport and to family. It was spacious enough to host a small dinner with family when their power went out. The rooms were spacious even though we didn’t need all of them. We just enjoyed our last visit to this same location we decided to use it again. This place never disappoints. I’ve already recommended it to friends for their future travel plans.

Summary: This is our second time staying at Villas de Playa and it was perfect. It’s a great size and fit everyone comfortably (4 adults and a toddler). It’s so close to the beach and has a lovely yard that our toddler enjoys exploring every morning. We would absolutely stay there again in the future. Hector is a great host and remained in communication with us throughout. Highly recommend!

Summary: The property is in excellent condition. It has AC units in every room and common area, (2) parking spots and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The check-in process was straightforward and Hector (Host) was very kind, courteous, and very fast to respond to the few questions we had. It's about a 3-minute drive to the nearest beach - which is across the street from the main entrance to the complex - and getting from the apartment to the swimming pool is probably about a 15-second walk. The area itself is quiet, safe, and centrally located. We had a grocery store that opens 24/7, a pharmacy, a gas station, many restaurants, an emergency care hospital, and a police station. Without traffic, it's about a 40-minute drive to the airport. Overall, I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my stay at Hector's apartment, will be looking to stay here next time I travel to Puerto Rico.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay in Dorado. The property is exactly as described in the post. My husband and I were there with my mother and 3 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and there were so many spaces to enjoy. We were able to walk right up to the beach which was quiet and beautiful. The check-in process required a couple of steps, but everything was clearly communicated and we were able to get in pretty quickly. I highly recommend staying here, especially families!
