Summary: Property imitated the imagery as projected. Loved to open the balcony door in the morning to receive fresh sunny daylight. Clean gas grills right by parking spot. Pool had comfortable chairs and very close by. High end kitchen and appliances. Drove a day to the Grand Canyon and to Sedona. Easy on and off the 101. Grocery stores nearby and clean/new living experience. Great beds and ample space for 3 people.

Summary: The unit itself is very nice and clean. Communication and check in process were very easy as well. Beautiful property, very quiet and great pool area along with overall landscaping of development. Many restaurants are near by, great location. Really just 2 suggestions: 1. The listing has pictures of the main pool and clubhouse area. If you your rental is less than 2 weeks, you are not allowed to use main pool. Rather, you just have access to the back pool. It was fine for us as it is very close to the unit and a very nice pool area. We didn’t know that the main pool area was off access until after we booked. Again, the back pool was very nice and it worked perfectly for us. 2. Be prepared to bring own pool towels and basic supplies- garbage bags, napkins, toilet paper. There were some upon arrival but a bit short on supply.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at Jeff's condo. The location was perfect for us to get back and forth to West World while competing at the horse show there. Really enjoyed several restaurants at The Market and DC Ranch. Grilling was convenient and pool and hot tub were great ways to wind the day down. Thank you Jeff!

Summary: This unit was perfect for our needs! Both bedrooms have their own bath, plus a 1/2 bath on the main level. The unit is in a great location, very nicely decorated with plenty of room. There is a balcony off one of the bedrooms and a patio off the living room that were perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day! Jeff quickly responded to any questions we had and was a great host to work with.
