Property is located across the street from Lake Huron, with a large spacious yard. Great large open concept entertaining floor/ area. Only a couple minute (200metres away) walk from private beaches. Located minutes from downtown Bayfield (Drive time, 20-30mins walk, 10mins bike ride). 15-20mins Drive from Grand Bend and Goderich. Cottage has fully stocked kitchen (all cookware and appliances). Sleeps up to 8 (3 Queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin pullout). Access to legendary nostalgic VHS/ movie collection and board games. Access to 5 Bicycles (please bring own helmet if required, as only 1 helmet provided). Central air for awesome heating and cooling (fully winterized home). Everything you could ever need for all weather entertainment and comfort. Brand new BBQ Barbeque with full propane tank. A large assortment of outdoor games (bocce ball, badminton rackets, sports balls, etc.). WIFI provided, as well as Amazon Firestick which provides access to Netflix and YouTube. Wii and PS3 systems available for use. Full washer and dryer laundry amenities. 1.5 bathroom, with double vanity in full bathroom. Outdoor patio set and ample outdoor seating. Summary: This was a great trip! The owners are a super nice couple that walked us through the property. They have everything you need for staple items. The house had more than enough room and we were a group of 9. The most important feature….it is clean ! Very Clean! Location great! Walk to see the beautiful sunsets and 20 min drive to beautiful beaches. Grand Bend and Goderich 🌞 would definitely recommend!

Summary: The property was very clean and well maintained. It included all the ammenities needed to minimize packing and make for a very enjoyable stay. Lots of space inside the home and in the yard. Close to grocery, LCBO, Tim Hortons, and range of restaurants. All the important conveniences for adults and kids to have a great time. The property owner is very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to questions. Close to small beaches which can be rocky so swim shoes are recommended.

Summary: Upon arrival, we found the property owners very gracious as they showed us all the little things we needed to know. No procedural or logistical questions remained when the depelarted for the week. The cottage is spacious and comfortable, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes walk of the beach.
