Hill House on Lake Martin is a beautiful spacious home with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, great water views and all the amenities of home. Located on Old Harmony Branch Slough, on the Montgomery side of the lake, the large porch shaded by trees looks over the private dock with steps down into the water.
The house is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fire place, "hardwood" tile floors, rustic dining table, glass French doors overlooking porch and lake.
The large open kitchen with breakfast bar will accommodate the biggest meals. Enjoy lots of cabinet and counter space without being away from the family fun. The bright and comfortable great room is perfect for winter fires, evening games or movies, and with two sets of glass French doors, you are never away from the beauty of the lake.
All our beds have very comfortable memory foam mattresses and white sheets and down blankets for the best night's sleep. Huge king master suite, attached bathroom with garden tub, separate vanities, walk in closet, and separate shower. Private access to porch and peaceful lake view.
Second bedroom is bright and colorful with queen bed, memory foam mattress, white sheets and white down bedding, lake views, private access to porch, and roomy closet.
Third bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, also with memory foam mattresses, white sheets and white down bedding, large closet and easy access to second bathroom. It also has room for additional cot or blow up mattresses (provided).
The private dock offers protected cove boat parking for 1-2 boats, and swim steps into the protected cove.
Hill House is truly a perfect getaway for the whole family, multiple guests, girl's trip, guy's trip, fishing trip, and only 55 minutes from Auburn Football.

Summary: Such a lovely home. The setting is beautiful, and the kayak and paddle board was a great asset even when the weather wasnt perfect.The beds are super comfortable, and the area is great for restaurants in Eclectic - The furniture is wonderful for a party of 6 in the living room and a bonus being able to take dogs with a wonderful deck that has a gate so that can be comfortable while drying off after a swim!You should check this gem out!

Summary: This is the second year we have stayed at the house for a week. We put on a trail race, the Lake Martin 100 Mile Endurance Trail Race, which takes place on trails just a few miles from the house. I spend several days before the race weekend getting the trails ready. It is a very relaxing place to recover after working on trails all day. We enjoy the house and lake so much, we are already making plans for next year to stay there again.

Summary: Property is as described and was clean. House is well stocked. The driveway needs some work and the water was awful but the water is a city issue (some type of algae bloom) not the owners. Overall great place!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful spot on the lake!! My whole family enjoyed our short stay fishing and enjoying the lake. Every thing was great with the house we felt as if we were at our own house. Only the driveway was a little hard to navigate with a 20ft boat on the trailer. But we made it work.

Summary: Fun weekend at the lake! The house was clean and is in a great location on the lake to get to everything we wanted. We rented a boat and were able to tie it to the dock. Not much space to swim in the cove with neighbors close by, but I would rent again!
