Positive: Hosts very helpful, communication was in English. Stayed in contact. Good location, lots of layers of security to get into building. Clean building and apartment. It is a studio, so open concept. The view is excellent, you will see a great sunrise from the 11th floor. The air conditioning is great, very strong and works well - the unit stays nice and cool. The apartment was very clean, I was happy with how the apartment was and it was quiet. A new MAXI store just opened around the corner, which is good for picking up some groceries, and there is a little corner shop for convenience items nearby. Good for a few days stay or longer. Near bus, metro, and walking.
Negative: Only slight issue might be the outside security gate to get onto apartment grounds. You may have to punch in the number several times before the gate opens. You need to be patient, it does work.
Summary: I would come back!

Positive: Apartment was fantastic location. Easy to access. Good view of city. AC included. Good communication with host.
Negative: AC was pretty loud. To the point the host included ear plugs. The "Sofa Bed" is actually a thick fold up mat that sits on the floor. The couch does not pull out. Even though I listed 2 guests there were no addition blankets for the "sofa bed" and when asked the owner said they only give those out for 4 guests. I slept covered up in a towel my first night until my guest left. The coffee table was on such a slant my things would fall off it. I did tell the owner about these issues though, so hopefully they will be fixed in the future.
Summary: Fantastic location, easy access, but be very clear with the owner of you need anything extra.

Positive: The one minute explainer video on how to access the lockbox and the property was very helpful. I had some issues locating the entrance of the property and the host was very helpful, walked me through it in seconds.
Negative: Everything was perfect, perhaps the property could use a better smart tv.
Summary: It was home away from home, I had fun and one of the best experiences ever.

Positive: Unbelievably nice view of the city. It was convenient that laundry rooms and garbage rooms are located in the building.
Negative: Check in instructions are a bit confusing to me. I strongly recommend that visitors from overseas make sure your internet connection outside. You may need to check the instruction video.
