For your tourist visits or a business trip we offer 2 unusual, quiet and charming guest rooms located on the 1st floor of our house with an independent internal staircase allowing access. You can choose the spring room with green decoration or the summer room with warm Parisian colors. You will also have access to a kitchen and dining area in autumn colors, to share in a friendly atmosphere. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with its shower room, a 160cm double bed, a television, with access to the internet / wifi network. You can rent the whole apartment (the 2 bedrooms and the common room) ideal for a family or 2 couples for example, do not hesitate to contact us for more information. The T6 Tramway station (Vauban stop) is located at the end of the street (200m).

Summary: This appartment is the best choice for people going to Paris. Reachable by Paris Metro the appartment is properly clean and Nicolas even provided mobile air condition during the hot days. Summary: We had a wonderful time in Chatillon in July 2022. The property is charming and in a nice quiet area a short walk from the metro. It is very easy to get into the center of Paris and takes about 15 minutes on the metro. There are restaurants and a grocery store close by. Nicolas was the perfect host. We stayed during some very hot weather and Nicolas set up some air conditioning units for us to keep us cool at night.

Summary: Amazing property in a lovely neighbourhood. Just 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Metro which gets you into the centre of Paris in under 30 minutes. The flat itself was absolutely wonderful for us (2 adults and 1 child). The rooms are very tastefully decorated with a real attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to rustle up a simple meal. Local supermarkets and shops from which to buy supplies. We would definitely recommend this property - very sad to leave! Would love to stay here again during future visits to Paris. Thank you Nicolas and Helene for your hospitality!

Summary: This is a wonderful apartment located in a quiet, charming neighborhood with easy access to Central Paris by Metro. The apartment was perfect for two couples because each of the two bedrooms and bathrooms are very similar and private. There is a small kitchen for preparing simple meals and snacks. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. We tried two boulangeries, two grocery stores, and a nice bistro within walking distance. Access to the Metro is easy. The tram is very close, only a few minutes walk. The tram goes to the Chatillion Metro Station, which is about 15 minutes to walk, if you do not wish to purchase a separate ticket for the tram. We chose to walk all the way to the Metro station in the mornings and return by tram in the evenings. The hosts, Nicolas and Helene, are friendly and helpful. Communication regarding the reservation was excellent. We highly recommend this apartment!

Summary: We loved staying here to recharge ourselves after long days of site seeing! The beds were so comfortable and it is located in a charming and quiet neighborhood! Nicolas and Helene were gracious hosts and so very accommodating. I would encourage anyone to stay here!

Summary: Our time at this house (3 adults) was amazing and the perfect home away from home! Nicholas and his family were wonderful hosts, and helpful with any questions that we had! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the beds/bathrooms were great, and there was even an outdoor patio we could use to hang out on. We really appreciated the good wi-fi too, as it allowed us to plan our next days adventures easily. It is a very quick walk to get to the Metro, and you can even take a tram if you don't want to do the short (10 min) walk to the station (Line 13). We had no problems getting to/from any locations in Central Paris in a short amount of time. We did Uber from ORY airport, and it was about $23 euros, which was worth it with three adults and luggage. The neighborhood is wonderful, quiet, peaceful, and there are supermarkets and restaurants very close by, and even a McDonalds if you find yourself out late and hungry after these have closed. We would definitely come back here again, as we had such an amazing time!
