Thong Lor BTS is only 3 minutes walk, buses, taxi and tuk-tuk.
Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars, shopping centres are walking distance.
Other things to note
From airport, get airport link, then change to skytrain to Thong Lor BTS. As it is in the central area, it is easy to travel around: China town, canal trips, grand palace etc.
Wifi is high speed. Sometimes there is a problem related to Internet connection stability. Do not contact us. Please contact broadband provider, the number attached to the modem.
Check in time- after 6 pm
Check out time- 10 am
We will show you the room when you check in to make sure you are happy with everything. Then we will hand the key over to you.
When you check out, we will come to the room to get the key from you and check the room while you are still there.
Do not leave the key with anyone. Only hand it to the person who come to check you out.
Cancellations
Strictly cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund plus service fees back.
Amenities

Please check the amenity lists to ensure that the flat is suitable for you. It is equipped with basic equipments, not personal use and personal hygienes, for example; washing machine but powder is not included. Plates and cutlery but not washing up liquid and scourer, Toiletries, toilet rolls, towels, food, drinks etc, is not supplied as this is not a hotel.
If you are unsure of what you are getting, please get in touch before you book.
Please read the following points prior to your trip so that your stay in our condominium will be as enjoyable and problem free as possible.
1) Damaged equipments, Guests will be expected to pay for any and all damages during your stay. Please use common sense and take care of our properties while staying with us.
2) Caring neighbors Please be quiet before 8:00am & after 22:00pm both inside and outside the house. Even in urban areas, residences are quiet and peaceful therefore we would like to ask you to keep this in your mind to not disturb those area where you stay.
3) No Smoking Inside of the apartment. If you end up smoking in the rooms, it will require a special cleaning to remove any smell or stains. If we find that a guest has smoked inside of the flat, we will charge you 10.000bath to cover the cost.
4) Late check out.
If you stay longer than the check-out time without our permission, you will be charged double of the room rate. Remember to send a message a day before you check in to verify your check-in time and also another message a day before check out to confirm the checkout procedure.
5) Saving environment. Please use common sense while staying with us, for example turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving, etc.
6)Before check in & after check out we can’t keep your bags. Please understand Airbnb is Not Like Hotel we don’t have Front desk, and Hotel staffs.
7)Lost key
This includes lost keys that replacement costs vary from 1,000 Bath for older simple locks.
If night time, Lost in late night will cost a charge of 1,500 Baht to 3500 Baht per case.
If there is no key other than the above business trip price. It costs 1,500 Baht to 3000 Baht key exchange fee.
Please do not lose the key and make sure you return the key.
8)Lost things in the house
We can not guarantee anything, please respond with your traveler's insurance.
9)Please do not leave the windows open when you are not in the room as it will wet the room when it rains. We will charge you if any damages cause.
10)NOT ALLOW ANOTHER VISITORS stay after 10pm
Any unpaid visitors will be stopped and asked to wait downstairs by security guard.
It is small place so any unpaid person will be simply noticed. If another visitor stays after 10pm without pay, you will be charged DOUBLE of the room rate. The condo management would like to keep the building as private as possible.
Please understand before reservation.
- We do not have universal adapter in room. please prepare it from you country.
- Key must be returned when check out. If you forgot to return the key, we will request money from you for the cost to make a copy 1,000 baht
