Located on the most desirable bay front street on Balboa Island and completely renovated in 2017, offers sweeping views of Newport Harbor, sunsets and the iconic Pavilion. Enjoy the ever changing boating scene from the front row vantage point! The home consists of two exquisitely designed rental units, each with A/C, a gas barbecue, washer/dryer, 1 car garage and just minutes to the Island Ferry and Peninsula Fun Zone.
The Lower Unit of the up and down duplex features an open great room upon entry, leading to a bayfront brick patio with sweeping Newport Harbor views. The adjacent kitchen includes a six burner stainless range with double ovens, honed Black Absolute granite counters and counter seating for five. The master bedroom with king bed has an en suite bath with white marble counter and custom tile work. There is a second guest room with king bed which shares a bath with an adjacent guest room with two twin beds, as well as a convenient half bath. All bedrooms have blackout shades, with ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout. The beach is practically at the front door!

Summary: This was our third stay at the property since 2019. We have stayed in the upstairs unit as well. Honestly, it just keeps getting better. Very well maintained and upgrades noticed each time we have stayed. Communication if first rate! It will continue to be our first choice in SoCal!

Summary: Great place with the family to ring in the New Year!! Few better locations in So Cal than Balboa and we had a great house right on the water a few steps down from the ferry to Newport. The accommodations were fantastic, the communication with the property manager was top notch and we can’t wait to stay here again! Thanks for a great week on Balboa.

Summary: This is our 2nd stay at this location, but our first time in the lower unit. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We spent lots of time in the living room and kitchen area with the doors open to the outside. We had coffee on the patio, sat on the sand in the afternoons, made dinner "at home" in the stocked and roomy kitchen and then back to the patio to watch the sunset and the Christmas lights come on. It was perfect. And, we can't wait to come back.
