Bayfront contemporary home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open floor plan and spectacular water views from every room in desirable East Point. It is just a few minutes drive to the great beaches in LBI. The spacious living area offers vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and 2 sets of sliding doors which open onto the expansive deck perfect for entertaining.
Modern kitchen amenities include a center island with breakfast bar, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, microwave, and Keurig pod coffee maker. There is an additional first floor family room so there is plenty of room for friends and family. The master bedroom has a private deck with more great views, walk-in closet and full tiled bath with body spray shower. There is zoned Central A/C and the laundry room is conveniently located to all 3 bedrooms.
There is plenty of space for all of your watercraft on the 74 foot dock. Go kayaking, fishing and crabbing right in your back yard, and don’t forget about the outdoor shower.

Linens and Bath Towels provided for a fee.
Off-street parking for 4 cars.

Summary: We stayed here for the second year in a row and enjoyed our stay just as much! We loved gathering on the deck to hang out and play cornhole. We had a great time at LBI beaches and restaurants. We also rented a boat for a few hours from a nearby marina. Overall we had a wonderful family vacation!

Summary: The property is amazing. The view even better. Host was great!! Tons of space! Amenities of a kayak, crab traps, beach chairs etc was amazing. Had a blast!! Recommend it!

Summary: We had 3 couples visiting our elderly parents who live in Barnegat. The setup worked really well for all of us and especially for the parents who needed extra help getting around. The deck itself was an amazing place for all of us to hang out together. We all loved it and would not hesitate to book the home again!

Summary: We had a lovely time at Beach Haven West. The kids had a blast crabbing, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding off the dock. The house was perfect for us. We did travel to the beach most of the days but were perfectly content just staying in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!
