Summary: This is a perfect house for a large family gathering. Everything is there. The bedrooms are spacious. My Family enjoy the first floor for Foosball tournaments. We also spend a lot of time on the second floor where the kitchen is large and next to a large living room. While someone is cooking they still can be involved in the conversations that are going on. This is our second year and will not be our last.

Summary: For those with any doubt, we can honestly say this was the best experience ever when renting a home sight unseen other than what is in pictures. Brian (our host) was a true pleasure to work with, very attentive to any needs and extremely gracious. The house was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need to have an enjoyable stay. Myself and our family were all very appreciative of the condition of the home, the cleanliness, the room sizes and everything that was included!! We will definitely be renting from this host again!

Summary: Excellent communication with owner. Had all kitchen appliances and more than enough utensils/plates/mugs/wine glasses, etc. for a group of 14. Impressed that we had no problems with hot water or pressure! A/C worked great but did not fully quite reach the 3d floor but the ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Great location and loved taking a run to the boardwalk (slightly over a mile) in the mornings. We all felt comfortable with the space whether we wanted to be in a group or if someone wanted to be alone. I would highly recommend for a large group. Only thing to note is listing noted 2 bikes in garage but was told not accessible due to liability.

Summary: Our family had a great long weekend at the beach and loved staying at this home. It was very nice, clean, spacious and a great location. The owner was amazing to communicate with from booking until checkout. I would totally recommend this rental to others and hope to stay there again!

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful Ventnor City home this past weekend for a bachelorette weekend. I hosted the vacation and had been in communication with the owner Brian throughout the entire process. Any questions I had, Brian responded within minutes. Excellent communication from beginning to end. Everyone had an INCREDIBLE time and the housing arrangements were perfect to accommodate such our large group of 11. Everyone felt comfortable and we had enough space to make our stay a pleasant one. The neighborhood was convenient to local stores where we could get our basic groceries and necessities. There is a Wawa, Dollar Store, liquor store, and Acme, within a 2-5 minute drive. Close 10 minute drive to Ventnor City beach and 15 minute drive to Atlantic City. The home has balconies wrapped all around and the outdoor space provides amazing views! The kitchen came well equipped with all basic supplies, cooking and eating utensils. On the first day the ice machine on the refrigerator wasn’t working, but Brian remedied the problem right away and sent someone with a bag of ice in less than 10 minutes! Everything was perfect and we all had a fantastic weekend stay! If you are looking for a home to host your large group, look no further, you have everything you need here in this property!
