2 Bedroom Condo in Las Terrenas

A beautiful two bedroom condo in the most luxurious beach front resort of Las Terrenas, our 176 mts2 unit has a wonderful decoration with a terrace overseeing the pool and the garden. It has 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans: master bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with two full size beds, each bedroom with full bathrooms, one dining table for 6 next to the living room and another dining table for 8 in the terrace. Two living room areas. Plasma TV with free Cable in the living room. Free WIFI. The kitchen is full equipped, top of the line appliances. Maid for daily cleaning and cooking is included in the renting price, form 9 AM to 5 PM. Stereo system available for your iPhone.
The resort has three beautiful pools, a gym, a top restaurant 'Porto', and two bars at beachfront. Kayaks and some water equipment are available.
Two new paddle courts are available since 2024.
The property is located in a private enclosed resort with private beach area and security. Very friendly for couples, and families with kids.
We recommend a day trip to El Limón Waterfalls, Zip Line, Playa Cosón, Playa Bonita, Cayo Levantado, Humpback Whale Watching .
The town of Las Terrenas is 2 km away from the resort, during the day you can walk to the town. During the nights you can go by taxi.
Renting a car or a quad is recommended to move around the surrounding beaches in the area.

Summary: We spent 30 days at Balcones. This gated location is fabulous (lush gardens,swimming pools, beach, Porto restaurant, services), well kept, very safe and quiet. The second floor condo and its huge terrace are elegantly decorated, well equiped and very comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners are lovely. We strongly recommande.

Summary: The apartment very clean the complex very organize secure nice beach thank you for the hospitality (Check out the a/c at the kitchen I think need service feel like is under pressure working hard maybe a filter change) Thank you again

Summary: This is a delightful condominium unit in a secure complex. We loved the gardens and easy access to the beach. A hidden benefit of this unit is that it is far enough from the road that you cannot hear the motorcycle and car noise. It is also close enough to walk to the bay where you take kitsurfing lessons. The unit has everything that you could need - beach towels, dishes, etc. The owner and complex staff were consistently great to deal with, notwithstanding our lack of Spanish. While the complex was occasionally busy over the Christmas period, the orientation of the units and overall atmosphere of respect made for lovely quiet days. If you want to be in the centre of Las Terrenas with music, bars and restaurants, this is not the place for you. If you want a super clean unit with beautiful gardens and multiple pools, easy access to the beach and calm atmosphere, this unit cannot be beat! We will be back! Many thanks to Carolina and Lilian!

Summary: We had a great week here. The condo is lovely with a very large outdoor living area. Everything was spotless, and Lillian helped us to keep it that way. The beach across the road is beautiful, and we also enjoyed time in town, at other area beaches, and at the pool. We had dinner and lunch a few days at some low key restaurants in Las Terrenas on the beach with our feet in the sand. The zipline and seeing humpback whales were other highlights. The weather was perfect, as seems to be the norm. Thank you to Carolina's family for sharing your lovely home!

Summary: Wonderful place , wonderful staff, we arrived Jan 2 and pretty much had the whole area to ourselves. The beach with a great restaurant and bar is right across the street and many days we hardly saw anyone. The weather was great and the ocean is safe and fun to swim in. Carolina’s place is wonderful . Lilian keeps the place spotless. We cooked about 1/2 the time and kitchen has everything you need. Fresh ice and water from fridge worked great. Excursions were easy to arrange from staff and we felt no need to rent a car. Great stay and if you want a very peaceful, quiet vacation Carolinas condo is a great place. DeWitt Marshall
