The unit measures 900 sq ft and is south facing with a private balcony for beach viewing. The ventilation system in this unit includes a 12 Merv HEPA filter and UV light for cleaning the indoor air.
Our rooftop is now open! Enjoy rocket launches and breathtaking views while hanging out 6 stories up. Tables and chairs are provided!
The living room is decorated in a relaxing coastal theme and has a 55" flatscreen TV. There is seating for 4 at the dining table, along with 3 barstools at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with 25" flat screen TV. The private bath has a tub/shower combo.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds with TV. The 2nd bathroom has been recently updated with a new tiled shower.
Fully stocked kitchen.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Free HD cable and WIFI.

Summary: We had a great time ! Location was absolutely wonderful . My daughter loved the pool and the short walk to the beach . I enjoyed walking to the pier to have drinks and the tiki bar . I do wish there was better beach chairs as the ones we had were not in useable shape . Also would be much more convenient to have a key pad on the door , k cup coffee machine would be a plus . Unit was very cozy and clean , I will definitely be back !!

Summary: We loved the place everything was as described, checking in was super easy as we arrived after hours. Just steps away from the beach. Beautiful view from the rooftop balcony!

Summary: There were old dirty floor mats and the bathroom fan was caked with dust and was soooo loud. I would have thought whoever cleaned the condo and the property manager would have noticed these things long before I stayed there. But when I called they came and fixed it right it right away. I love staying there. 🌴🌴🌴🌴

Summary: i was booked in larger accommodations for my 1st two weeks in the Cocoa Beach - Cape Canaveral area where friends and family members joined me for varying lengths of time and ended up needing to reserve three additional nights prior to my scheduled flight home. I felt extremely fortunate to be able to reserve this two bedroom, two bathroom unit in a great location, which met my needs perfectly for my remaining three nights in the peak of the spring break period, and it was cheaper than any local hotel rooms that I could find! It was in a five story condo building directly on the beach with a great swimming pool, a great viewing deck on the roof and just steps away from the Cocoa Beach Pier and great restaurants! While the furnishings were OK, I would recommend an upgrade for some of the more dated items and recommend that the Condo Association look into the installation of self-service, combination locks on all of the Unit doors, which would be very appealing to owners, renters and guests! I would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

Summary: We had a great time and was able to see a Rocket launch from Cape Canaveral only 15 miles away from the 4th floor walkway (north side of building). We always do a New Years weekend trip, and wanted to try Cocoa Beach. Still alot of things to do around Cocoa Beach, and this place is right on the Atlantic ocean near the city Pier. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Condo was extremely clean. Linens were updated from the pictures posted on the site. Spare room has a walk in shower that has been updated with tile. The master bath still has a normal tub/shower. Kitchen had all that we needed to prepare breakfast and snacks. This is a quick short drive the Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Village (great little shopping/restaurant area. We also were able to drive to Disney Springs within 1 hour distance. Check-in was very smooth. I would recommend a stay here for any one who needs a great comfortable stay on the Space Coast.

Summary: Overall, property was nice although it smelled musty, probably due to no occupancy. The bathroom in the twin room has a crack in the toilet seat which i can't believe hasn't been resolved. Also the extract fan in that bathroom is extremely noisy. I have reported this issue on the return envelope for the keys.
