Four of the six bedrooms contain new, comfy king-sized, queen and full sized beds. The property is fully equipped with a ping pong table, high-quality, large flat televisions with a fantastic large gazebo with a fire pit. Home has a water filter and back-up generator should the power ever go out. Massive rear yard is fully fenced and very private. House has new ChargePoint electric car charger to charge your Tesla or other electric car (e.g. Porsche Taycan, Leaf or Volt etc). This is a perfect place to call your vacation home away from home! Home is undergoing complete sprucing up and pictures are added as rooms are completed.This beautiful house and grounds are perfect for fun and safety. Summary: We were so impressed with the property. Very comfortable and large home. pool was great and grandkids loved it!. Met all our needs. Even our dog felt comfortable. Meg was great and informed us of issues and responded almost immediately!. The pictures and listing are accurate. We enjoyed our time! Hope we can return in the future!

Summary: This is a lovely house…Such a fun place to meet family for a small reunion..The pool was used constantly by both adults and children.The spacious grounds were great for all outdoor games. Close to great beaches. The house was fantastic and our host was responsive with all our needs.

Summary: I will start by saying (2) things - 1. my family had a great time at this home for our 10 night stay to start July but 2. We would never pay this price per night again unless we knew were getting 5 star everything. We specifically picked this house for its proximity to Remsenberg where we had multiple family members renting for the summer. The home provided us opportunity to both host family and spend time at their homes with ease. The large dining room comfortably sat 11 adults for dinner. The downstairs bedrooms with 1 bunk and 3 Kings were as comfortable as could be. The kids loved both the upstairs gym/playroom and the basement. The only issue was there was that there was only1 hallway bathroom for all 4 downstairs bedrooms, with a tiny 2nd bathroom located on the other side of the home. The houses 4th bathroom is actually in the poolhouse, which is basically half a football field away. The pool was a little bit of a challenge as the water was little green when we arrived and I was told the chlorinator (salt water pool) was broken and they offered extra pool service to which I agreed and asked the water to be shocked to clear it up. The thermostat on the heater also does not read correctly and is a guess and check situation which is not ideal. We noticed every time the pool was serviced that chlorine was indeed added so for all intents and purposes, it was not a salt water pool during out stay. Finally by the second weekend, as the storm disrupted the regular service on the pool, we has algae covering entire liner by Sunday a day which all of our family was supposed to come to us and plans had to be canceled. This was a bummer but the landlords have since promised some sort of repayment for this in the form of extra night upon re rental...... The hosts were always reachable, very friendly, and very responsive to the issues we faced. My ultimate opinion will be based on what if anything I am offered for the loss of the enjoyment of the pool. Once repaired, the house, pool, and yard are a real treat and I strongly recommend checking this house out.
