Our home is 2.5 blocks to the ocean beach and 1.5 blocks to a bay beach. Enjoy ocean or bay swimming (great for little kids) and watch beautiful sunsets at night. Sit in the shaded patio in the front, or share a meal on the back yard picnic table. Keep comfortable on your vacation with central air, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and flat screen TVs with streaming capability in every room. Our home is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
We are available to address any needs you may have before, during, or after your stay. Come be our guest!
Our home has an outside shower and a ground floor "sand room" to keep all of your beach stuff. A large living room, dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor with a bathroom, and three bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. It's a great setup for families! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, coffee pot and kettle, large pots and pans, a crock-pot, blender, grilling tools, glasses and much more! Enjoy cooking inside, grilling outside (new in 2019), or eating out at one of the area restaurants.
This lovely townhome is located on a quiet street in Beach Haven Terrace, and is close to many restaurants (Terrace Tavern Crab Shack, Oyster House & Bar, Roberto's Dolce Vita, the Beach House Restaurant, Ship Bottom Ice Cream, California Grill & Pizza, Howard's Restaurant and more!) and a new Pickleball Court. It's only 1.5 miles from Beach Haven, and access to the Fantasy Island Amusement Park, the Water Park, and many shops and restaurants. Park your car and walk or bike throughout your stay!
Beach Avenue (1.5 blocks away) has a bike lane that takes you to Beach Haven without having to travel on Long Beach Boulevard, if you choose to bike rather than drive. Beach Haven is the largest town on the Island, with many shopping, history, eating and entertainment options. The Wawa is 2 blocks away and the Acme grocery store is 1.5 miles north of our home for any food and supplies you may need. We provide beach chairs and three bicycles for your use during your stay.. Summary: The house was exactly as listed and perfect for our family of 4 (2 & 5 yo) plus a grandparent for some days. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for the week. So close to the bay which was great for our kids. Lindsey was a great communicator and always answered all my questions. We would love to come back again.

Summary: Everything was fine, exactly as presented. There was supposed to be an extra set of keys, which would have been very helpful, but they were not available. I also did not get details and instructions until the day before our visit. It would have been helpful to have some of the info ahead of time.
