Summary: We had a total of 6 adults and 3 young kids. The house was perfect for a group of our size. The bedrooms slept great and the common areas were big enough for everyone to hang out. The proximity to the beach was awesome and the area was shallow and perfect for the 5-7 year olds we had on the trip. The pool was well taken care of and a nice added treat. The man who lives in the house next door was friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations.

Summary: This was our first time staying at this house and second time to Waveland. If you’ve never been before, you must know the water is Brackish. Not your typical ocean. Very shallow for 100+ yards out. No sea shells and minimal waves of any at all. We enjoy it because we have little kids and they can swim freely without getting knocked over by waves. The sand is very nice. Beach is very clean. The local town is extremely friendly and plenty of fun places to visit. Golf carts are nice to rent for the week! As far as this rental house goes, it was fabulous. The pool is bigger than what it appears to be in the pictures. Very very clean and perfectly located on the beach boulevard. Owner was nice, and the neighbor who helps maintain the property is very friendly. Hope this info helps someone out. Enjoy!

Summary: House was amazing, exactly as listed. The water was really shallow but the beach was white sand and maintained by the county, so it was great to just sit and read a book.

Summary: The owner was amazing and very easy to get ahold of. This place is right on the beach and 30 minutes from Buloxi. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Summary: The house was beautiful and the pool was great! We enjoyed the view from the front porch and the nice breeze in the evenings. We chose this location to have water access and be near NOLA for a day trip. If you're looking for a beachy beach or swimming water this isn't it. It's very shallow waaay out then you start to sink. So no swimming, no waves, no normal "beach vacation" experience. If we had done more research as far as the water and beach goes we would have probably stayed elsewhere. Not the home owners fault! The home was beautiful and spacious, well equipped with bedding. It needed a few repairs but nothing we couldn't live with, except we were pretty disappointed the jacuzzi tub didn't work. It did have an elevator but we didn't know how to use it or if it worked so we hauled everything up the stairs since we arrived in the middle of the night. It had very minimal tp and trash bags, not sure if there was any paper towels to begin with, no plastic wrap or foil and no tupperware to store food... Just a few things we had to immediately go out and get. This was our first VRBO experience so maybe this is normal. Overall, it was a beautiful home in a good centralized location. We drove 1hr to NOLA, 35 min to Biloxi and 3 hr to Navarre Beach FL. Communication with the host was great and check in was easy, even arriving in the middle of the night.
