Summary: This rental has plenty of room for a big group. The house is in a great location for walks to the lighthouse, port, and beach. The house was clean and updated and the host was very responsive and helpful. We were very comfortable!

Summary: The house was great for our friend’s bachelor party with plenty of beds, walking distance to several restaurants/bars, close proximity to local beaches, multiple refrigerators/freezers, and plenty of living/outdoor spaces for us to hang. We were able to get Ubers to/from Newport as well which was great for going out at night. Would absolutely consider coming back to this property with friends and/or family (would be great for multi family/ multi generational trip).

Summary: Vacationed with husband, adult children, spouses and 4 grandchildren under 6. Had a wonderful time. House is clean, very well-equipped, and spacious. 2-minute drive to gorgeous Scarborough beach. It takes 24-36 hours to get a beach parking pass, so apply before you go. Owner/property manager very responsive. House is set back far enough from Ocean Rd (which is not very busy anyway) that traffic was not a concern. Big windows, lots of natural light. We have already made a reservation for next year!

Summary: Great house for multiple generations. Wonderful bedroom setup. Had 2 grandparents, 7 adults, and 4 kids. We especially liked the two separate living areas.

Summary: The home was exactly as described! With 18 of us in the house (8 adults and 8 children - ages 5-16), we especially appreciated the pocket French doors that separated one living space from another. Another extremely pleasant surprise was that, unlike other rentals where we've stayed, we didn't need to know what day to put out the trash bins or the recycle bins - the companies simply came and got them! Another plus (unlike other rentals) is that there are three refrigerators, i.e., two in the kitchen and one in the lower-level laundry area.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised that the house was so well equipped with most everything we needed for a family stay. Please note that one of the third floor overhead fans did not work and the patio umbrella is broken.
