You can see stunning sunrises directly from your lounge and if your lucky dolphins and orcas too! We supply a quality Continental Breakfast in your apartment for you to have at your convenience. Summary: Loved our stay in Rarangi. The host (Mel) was super friendly and helpful. Just a wonderful person. The apartment was lovely, filled with all sorts of basic items, with amazing views and right off the ocean. Super roomy and comfortable. Lovely area to walk. Location is 15 minutes or less away from either Picton or Blenheim and very close to many fabulous cellar doors to visit. On a side note, highly recommend visiting the Blenheim Air Museum.

Summary: Mel’s Ocean View Retreat was everything and more! The photos do not do it justice!Spectacular location, apartment immaculate, soothing decor and all items you could possibly need in kitchen and bath! Thank you for providing all the supplies for yummy breakfasts!Morning visits from Scrappy the dog were the cherry on top. Mel was lovely and available readily. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer! Highly recommend!

Summary: This is a very nice little apartment that is in effect the separated-off end 'wing' of a house in Rarangi; it feels very private. A beautiful back garden leads directly to the beach and car access elsewhere in Marlborough is really easy. We hope to be back here some time soon!

Summary: This B & B at Rarangi was well worth the money. The accommodation is equivalent to a 4 star hotel but a hotel doesn't have the sea views or the bird life of the east coast at the top of the South Island. Lee is an excellent host ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I will be back if I can make a booking, but I think it will be booked.

Summary: All that it promised including a friendly dog to walk with. Spectacular coastline and one that was new to me. We wanted a relaxing few days away and we’re not disappointed. Host was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Excellent bed!

Summary: Beautiful home, amazing beach front,warm and cozy and everything and more that you could want. The breakfast exceeded what you might need. Really loved staying here. So quiet and relaxing. Being taken for a walk by Scrappy the dog was so fun. Thank you
