This beautiful Palm Beach Style house sits above a Marine Sanctuary on North Rosedale Beach. 50 metre walk from the garden directly onto the beach and lagoon.
Whether you want to spend long lazy days reading on the deck overlooking the beach or enjoying the surf, snorkeling out to Jimmy's Island, amble along the often deserted beach, for a romantic weekend away or an extended family holiday, this house has it all.
With many personal touches it is perched in the trees above the beach, with floor to ceiling glass bi-fold doors and high cathedral ceiling opening onto wide decks.
Upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including dishwasher & microwave.
BBQ in outside courtyard.
3 bedrooms upstairs, consisting of 2 x queen beds and 1 x 2 single beds. Large luxurious bathroom with fabulous bath & separate shower.
Downstairs is a large built in bunk room with 4 full sized galley style bunks opening onto a terrific TV/Play room leading onto the lower deck, garden and beach.
Large laundry/bathroom next to bunk room.
The surrounding beaches are often deserted except for the abundant bird life and occasional rambler, and are safe for surfing and ocean swimming. The area is famous for its bushwalking, fishing and laid back old-fashioned beach atmosphere.
The wonderful Mogo Zoo is only a short drive away.
Rosedale is 5 minutes to local shops for all your necessities, Moruya Airport is 20kms away and has daily flights to Sydney .
Supermarkets, cafes, boutiques, Mogo Zoo, golf courses & horse riding are only 20 minutes away.
Some of the activities are surfing, swimming, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, bush walking, golf, horse riding and relaxing with a book.

Summary: We loved the location of this beautiful home, nestled amongst trees, with views to the beach. The house had plenty of space for a multi generation adult family group. Two living spaces were a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were comfortable, and artwork made it feel quite luxurious. Enough parking for our two cars. We’ll be back.

Summary: We stayed over Christmas with an extended family group. There was heaps of room with two very large indoor living spaces, and an unbeatable view through the bush to the beach from the huge deck. The easy walk down through the trees to the beach was well-used.

Summary: The location of this house is excellent! Beautiful views of the beach and easy access. The owner was helpful & easy to reach. Check in and out was hassle free. House was tidy, cosy and had all the things we needed. Only thing to note is that the parking space is actually very tricky to get in and out of so just be prepared for that - luckily there is also space on the street for parking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend 😊

Summary: I highly recommend this spacious charming home, full of light and with spectacular views of the beach and ocean. The house is fully equipped for outdoor and indoor dining and relaxing on comfortable armchairs, sofas and chaise lounges. The two sitting rooms are generously proportioned with cathedral ceilings and open onto wrap around verandas.

Summary: Architecturally lovely, extremely well built, but not so immaculate or delicately furnished that you're afraid of sitting on the couch or using the kitchen! Multi levels is great for the kids.

Summary: Rosedale Beach Paradise was the perfect retreat for a long weekend away. The house is enourmous with distinct living areas upstairs and downstairs. The deck is fantastic when the sun is out but the floor to ceiling windows in the main lounge mean even if the weather is off the atmosphere is still great. Beach is just out the back door. Bunk room downstairs is a really great setup and we had a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to the next visit.
