Summary: This house has everything you need and more. With three 12 year olds, the only downfall was that the beach near the house wasn’t really a swimming beach and the other beach has no access by car and is quite some distance from the house, so we didn’t bother with it; but the pool made up for that! Rosemary is a gracious host. Bonnet Shores is a nice quiet neighborhood and close to a cute bakery, barber shop, CVS, Walgreens, Cumberland Farms, and Dunkin’ Donuts, with the larger beaches just down the road, and a quick drive to Newport. My personal favorite was having coffee in the screened in porch up above, where we watched various birds, rabbits, and a red fox.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The house was very clean, comfortable & well appointed. Our host was friendly & exceptionally accommodating. We enjoyed walking to both beaches & in the neighborhood My son enjoyed the pool. The house had a lot of space options inside & out w/ the large basement w/ tv, open concept living room kitchen & backyard patio, second floor deck or enclosed porch Our family of 4 - 2 adults & two teenagers - all had a great time & we’d love to visit again

Summary: We felt so at home here, every amenity you could wish for, so open and airy! Loved sitting on the deck and the location can't be beat, a short walk to gorgeous water views! Easy drive to URI where we dropped off our freshman daughter; she asked if we could buy this house! Thank you Rosemary!

Summary: What a great place to rent!! We kinda rented late this year (April) and there weren't many options available. So glad this one was available! One of the biggest selling points is the pool. It was perfect for the days we didn’t feel like hauling everything to the beach.
