House completely renovated in 2013, 100m², with a maximum capacity of 6 people and a baby (bed, bathtub and high chair) with three large bright bedrooms.
Located in the rural town of Lézardrieux (Presqu’île) 22740 in a very quiet location.
It is 400m from the beach and 850m from shops.
She understands :
-On the ground floor: a master suite with a 160 bed, with its bathroom (shower). A large living room with corner leather sofa, large flat screen TV and DVD player, board games. A toilet. A large, well-appointed and fully equipped kitchen (12m²) with bar and stools (dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc.). A large dining room with a large flat screen TV. Baby chair.
Upstairs: The second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 and a cot. The third bedroom with a double bed of 140. A bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
Internet wifi throughout the house.
-At the garage: A pingpong table, a dryer and washing machine.
-A landscaped garden of 241m² with tree, shrubs, perennials and many flowers (entered in the competition for flowering houses in the town). 4 lounge chairs. A terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. A portico with slide. Private and secure parking for about 3 cars.
