Positive: Absolutely beautiful! Lots of room and peaceful.
Negative: Upon entering and having a walk through we found garbage under the beds (children always look under the bed) and there were spider webs in every corner I swear. Nothing a little dusting wouldn’t have got but I’m not sure that wasn’t done. Also found a couple dishes stashed in the cupboard with stuff molded to it. A thorough cleaning between people staying would be recommended.
Summary: It was a great location! Very peaceful.Lots of amenities close by in case you need to get something.

Positive: - The management of the booking company is very efficient. The company admin responds to us whenever we call or ask about anything. - ⁠The place is professionally clean, organized and comfy. - ⁠The view is amazing. - ⁠While you are sitting in the couch in the house, you can see the lake, the boats and the birds so it was very relaxing.
Negative: The back yard needs light for night bonfires. The back yard needs some new furniture.

Positive: We loved the beautiful white swans down by the lake. We loved the setup of the rental And the great location.
Negative: We did not like that there was hair in the one shower. That the people upstairs got up early and left their alarm clock on for at least 30 minutes straight. And we did not like how the host brought his new cleaning staff to the rental before our 11:00 checkout stood in the way while we were loading up our vehicle. Even smoked in the one area near the garbage so we had to pass through a smoke filled area when loading our car when I thought it was a non-smoking property and we were even asked if they could come back and start cleaning the backyard before our check out time was up so we felt very rushed. Meanwhile, I cleaned the backyard. It didn't really need to be cleaned and we didn't even use the barbecue. Also, when we checked in I had to call the host because our passcode didn't work and we had to use the hosts passcode. And I think that we should have been told that our entrance to the airbnb was through the back. That was not specified. So when we first got there, we were very confused as well .So all in all, our stay definitely could have been better. There are also no utensils to cook with in the house. There was no extra garbage bags and we were expected to throw our own garbage and compost out yet the compost was shoved back behind the boat out front and covered in webs. You should probably advertise as well that there will be people staying above you and staring at you the entire time you fish and have a fire from the deck out back above. Wasn't impressed about that either. I didn't feel like we had our own safe space.

Positive: Good location, next to a park and trails. Modern kitchen and spacious home. Prompt response from admin when called to deal with small issues.
Negative: 2 of the 3 bedrooms have no air conditioning, only fans. During summer heat, they can get quite warm. Only 4 towels available for 6 guests, had to buy a couple more even though I had made the request for the extra 2 towels. Front door lock and codes not working, had to call admin to get codes for back door.

Positive: The view of this property was very relaxing. It had amazing sunrise and chill sunset vibes. The backyard was also very spacious, perfect for barbeque and bonfire nights. It also had a lot of tables and chairs. The host was also very accommodating with regards to our requests. The host was also very prompt in replying to our inquiries and was easily contacted for any concerns we had. Our friends and family who came to visit also raved how much they liked the place. We also liked that this place had japanese style toilets and a sauna room that can easily fit 4 or more people at a time. It also had ample parking space, able to park 4 cars at a time. Above all, we liked that this property was close to Scarborough / Toronto as it was very easy for us to navigate to places. However, at the same time this did not fail to compensate with the sensation and comfort of feeling secluded on a serene environment away from noise. I am surely recommending this place. I would also definitely come back and book this property again.
