Welcome to 20 Flamingo!
This 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom home located on the Canals of Key Allegro is perfect for a large family and friends get-away. You will have beautiful views of the Canal and the large decks both upstairs & downstairs are great for entertaining & outdoor living! With a private boat tie up and fish cleaning station provided, the deck is perfect for fishing and also picks up a southeasterly breeze which makes it a wonderful place to entertain!
As you enter the spacious Kitchen and Living area you will immediately see the beautiful views of the Canal from the large windows. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal (or that catch of the day!) and also includes a Keurig Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of coffee, creamer and sugar), Stainless Steel Appliances, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, etc.
Grab a glass of Wine and enjoy the Canal views from the large upper balcony off the Kitchen - Perfect for catching a beautiful sunset at night or an early sunrise in the morning!
The views from the Living Room windows are a delight! Enjoy Family Fun Night with an abundance of Board/Card games! Afterwards, cozy up on the sofa and stream everyone's favorite movie and spend an entertaining evening at home. The TV has Streaming & Cable.
The Master Bedroom off the Living Room has a King size bed, views of the Canal, TV w/Streaming & Cable, Wardrobe closet and an En-suite Bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The 2nd Upstairs Bedroom has a Queen size bed, closet and TV w/Streaming.
The upstairs hall Full Bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The 3rd Bedroom Downstairs has a private entrance from the patio as well as access from the Laundry Room ~ Perfect for another couple wanting privacy. It has a Queen size bed, views of the Canal, TV w/Streaming & Cable, Toddler Bed (Pack N Play also in closet) and a Full Bathroom with shower.
The 4th bedroom is located downstairs off the main deck and has a separate entrance from the Main home. It has two Queen Beds, views of the Canal and a Full bathroom with shower.
The Downstairs Deck has plenty of seating areas and includes a Gas Grill for guests to use. With a boat tie up and fish cleaning station provided (has running water & lights), just pull up to the back deck after a day on the water.
The Laundry Room has a Washer/Dryer (detergent included) that is available for guests' use. We also supply Beach Towels.
We provide free unlimited Wifi, Board/Card games, Hair Dryers, Iron/Ironing Board, Hangers, Bathroom Towels, Linens, Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Detergent, Hand Soap, etc. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own.

Summary: Our family and friends rented 20 Flamingo over Memorial Day weekend, drawn in by the listing’s promise of a beautiful canal-front outdoor space ideal for fishing, relaxing, and spending time with our children. While the interior of the home was lovely and well-maintained, the outdoor area, which was a major factor in choosing this property, was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, hazardous.The deck was in such poor condition that parts were taped off with caution tape. Boards were warped and nails were exposed, making it unsafe to walk on. Even more concerning, there was a four-foot drop between the deck and the dock with no railing to prevent someone, especially a child, from falling. The bulkhead appeared to be sinking into the yard, and we saw exposed electrical components that posed an additional safety risk. The only place remotely usable for fishing was a narrow area by the fishing stand, which was far from ideal with children.To make matters worse, when I went to sit on the outdoor daybed (one of the listing's highlighted features), the chain link holding it up broke, and the entire structure collapsed underneath me. Renters beware: the outdoor space is not as pictured and poses real safety concerns.

Summary: Property is in an excellent location with great views. Had difficulty with locking one of the exterior doors that is not that secure. Couldn’t open one of the lockboxes, so only had one set of keys, which was not really a problem. One of the keys was broken, but not sure what it went to, so did not impact us. All in all the home is very good with a bit odd bedroom configuration, but all rooms were nice and house is well stocked with what you need.

Summary: I was one of four amateur photographers that were only in the area for a couple days. The 4 bedroom/4 bath layout was ideal for us. The place was clean and well laid out. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were adequate for our minimal needs. The area is surrounding the property is very clean and quiet. Again, worked well for us. When we plan our next trip to the coast we will definitely include this property in our search.
