Summary: We came to Ohio to visit my son and his girlfriend for the 4th. We decided to get a place in Cleveland to celebrate it there. We chose this place for its number of bedrooms, higher rating, and affordable price. I will start by saying that this is an old home, so it isn't flawless. There are some quirks; but that's to be expected with an older property. If you're looking for something fancy, you may want to bump up your rate slider a bit, because you'll be paying a bit more for the "esthetics." I will also say if you're looking for suburbia, you may want to consider a different area altogether. But we had no problems while we were there, and could tell that the community was rich with culture, and neighbors and families actually come together to celebrate with each other. The neighborhood also provided some top end fireworks that we could watch from the front porch, which was cool with us after we got rained out waiting for the show at Lake Erie. This home was a good size for 2 adult couples and a teenager. It was cozy and had what we needed for our quick holiday getaway - except for the BBQ grill, which the host apologized for, explained that she didn't realize one was listed, and offered to bring one right over. We declined, since it wasn't a big deal enough to disrupt someone's holiday over. We just made other plans instead; but it was great that she offered. Nicole was an overall great host. We would stay here again.

Summary: The property was very good, and Nicole was ultra-responsive to all our questions. It was only 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 8-10 minutes from some very nice city parks, both of which came in handy during our stay. The surrounding neighborhood had some concerns but the street where the house resided was in relatively good shape. To be fair, the house and the linens were showing their age a bit but nothing that was a problem for anyone in out group. Thanks to Nicole for all your assistance during our stay.

Summary: First i want to thank the Host Nicole for everything. She checked on us and made sure anything we needed she was available. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and so warm and comfortable for the kids. It was easy to check in and out and centrally located to stores and highway. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience and my family had an amazing stay. This was one of the best vacation homes ive rented. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: This house was like home away from home. The host called to check on us after the first night and I really appreciated that. The home was super clean and well stocked with necessities other than food. The neighbor was super quiet and neat. I loved the back porch where I would sit and drink coffee in the mornings. I truly enjoyed my stay there and will definitely check availability on my next trip to Ohio. This place is highly recommended. Thank you Nicole!
