Summary: Property is very homey. Very inviting and comfortable. Main bathroom is small and tight. Not handicap accessible. Handles in shower will help ALOT. We will definitely tell others and are planning for next year. Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend.

Summary: I am originally from the area and this was a perfect place to say for the week we were home to visit my family! A couple of things that could be improved are the screen door, which has been mentioned in a previous review, and also one side of the couch seems to be missing springs or something. Otherwise, excellent stay - thank you!

Summary: Very nice property. A short drive to Iron River. Internet service was good. We brought a Playstation so we were able to stream movies at night. Enough room for 2 cars and aboat. Would definitly stay there again.

Summary: Well-supplied and inviting property. We only wish that the VRBO listing would have mentioned that the Ski Brule resort is only open Thurs-Sun during the ski season. We would have modified our one-week rental dates so that we could have skied during that four-day period. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. P.S. The DVD player works but it makes lots of noise. The video stops (freezes) frequently and then resumes after a short delay. It's definitely on its last legs.

Summary: My family and I stayed at this property Feb 18-21, 2022. Very clean property with excellent location to Ski Brule. The size was just right for us (4 people) and the shower water was always warm! The only issue we had was that we did not realize there are two units at the property (both with lock boxes for the keys) and we arrived late at night, so it would have been helpful in the reservation details which side of the rental we had. Also, the sign for Alpine Haus was missed the first time because there was no lighting and the sign was pretty small. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone planning to enjoy a weekend at Ski Brule.
