This is a very nice 3 bed/2bath townhome in Beautiful East Mesa Gated Community with Community pool and spa. It is very quiet and safe. There is an electric fireplace for the cooler nights and a security door on front to allow the nice winter breeze come through also. There is a cozy patio with 2 grills/table and chairs. 2 car garage for parking.

Summary: Property was easy to locate and not far from the Mesa Phoenix airport. Fry’s supermarket was a half block away and many restaurants in close proximity. The home was very clean and had all of the comforts of home. Deanna was very accommodating to our every need. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside - and it was a small one - is that the pool was unheated and our 10 year old grandson was looking forward to swimming. He tried - but it was too cold in March to swim. Deanna did offer keys to a heated pool close by though although we ran out of time to take advantage of it.

Summary: This was a great place for family to stay while visiting parents in Mesa. The location was great, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. It had everything we needed!

Summary: This property was amazing! There was plenty of room for my family to enjoy themselves and relax. The property looks brand new and was completely spotless inside. It was 20 mins from airport and 5 mins from my family in nearby superstition springs. We even made one day trip to the Grand Canyon and back while staying here. You will not regret renting this property if you stay here!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this great townhome. The neighborhood was quiet and pet friendly. It's in a very convenient location, as it is a quick drive to stores and hiking. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee every morning.

Summary: Clean, comfortable home that is beautifully decorated (Zen vibe!). Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice King-sized bed in the master suite (we only used the one bedroom). Small and relaxing backyard space that our doggies loved, too. Great location near stores, restaurants, and close to the highway. Perfect for our needs. And Deanna was a very responsive host! We would happily stay again.
