Positive: It is a cool spot near a lot of attractions. It was a different layout, clean for the most part. I gave a 9 because the bedroom carpet was not vacuumed.
Negative: Just the carpet in the bedroom. A little confusing for me and many others to enter into the building (finding the lock box and opening it) the parking garage is ok once you figure out how to get to it driving and walking.
Summary: Would stay again.

Negative: There were no dislikes. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations.

Positive: The apartment was clean, well presented, and comfortable. The host was attentive and answered questions quickly and well. The extra facilities were as described, and the free parking a great extra for exploring. Wireless connection, and provision of some streaming options on the TV's also really helped. Heinens a minute away for groceris, and very convenient for visiting Cleveland areas of interest. Everything was in good condition and worked well. The design made good use of space - good temperature control, and no loud noise or other disturbance. Lots of thoughtful touches to the design by the host - as well as convenient items for the traveler - condiment selection, toiletries, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were all there if needed.
Negative: There's a little complexity to getting started with key fob and parking - but following the instructions provided works well, and the few questions we had were answer quickly - so no real problems.
Summary: Great place to stay for visiting the city and exploring - good facilities, clean and excellent host.

Positive: The location was excellent. The condo was immaculate, and the host returned calls promptly. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus as was the pool. It was nice to have a kitchen for a quick breakfast instead of going out.
Negative: The parking was a block away and had issues with the parking pass. Not sure it was the host's fault as opposed to the parking garage but would be nice to tell people parking is not on site. Also, the parking garage is old and confusing to get in and out of. Have to park on the 3rd floor.
Summary: Other than the parking issue the condo was a great alternative to a hotel room.
